Maison Soleil provides ideal self catering holiday accomodation and has an American style kitchen overlooking the garden with all amenities including fride-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and washing machine. There is a beamed dining room and lounge with wood burning stove plus a separate Games/TV room with satellite TV (Freeview channels), PS2, DVD/Video, Radio/CD player and a double sofa-bed. There are plenty of books and a selection of PS2 Games, Videos/DVDs and a number of board games. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with a TV for a PS2 and DVDs, and a separate bathroom with shower / WC.

The first floor has three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin, with a separate bathroom with shower/WC. All the bedrooms are a good size with exposed beams. There are wall-mounted electric radiators making the house suitable for use all year round. There are two mobile air conditioning units that can be used in the bedrooms or landing area to keep you cool in the heat of summer.

The adjacent barn has a full size table tennis table and there are 4 bikes for your use. All around Maison soleil you will find many quiet lanes for easy rides along the River Dordogne.

To the front of the house is sufficient off road parking for two cars plus a small garden area. At the back, there is a peaceful secluded garden that overlooks the adjacent vineyards of the Cote de Bergerac wine area. There are sun loungers to soak up the sun and there is also an (above ground) splash pool. A BBQ and garden furniture are available for alfresco dining on those warm summer evenings.
We have a local English Letting Manager to ensure you are met on arrival and shown where everything is and to sort out any problems or difficulties. We can also arrange delivery of a welcome pack to ease your way into a relaxing holiday.
